• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff members or other clients

All content provided for development projects must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Content must not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Materials must not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Age-appropriate content standards must be maintained for target audiences
• Platform-specific content guidelines and requirements must be followed
• Cultural sensitivity and inclusivity standards must be respected

Use of our services is subject to the following age-related requirements:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity to enter contracts

• Damages resulting from your breach of confidentiality agreements
• Costs and legal fees associated with defending against such claims

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with:

• The laws of the Republic of Cyprus without regard to conflict of law principles
• European Union regulations where applicable to digital services and data protection
• International conventions for intellectual property and commercial transactions
• Local Cyprus regulations for business operations and consumer protection
• Platform-specific terms for applications developed for various gaming platforms

Exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes shall be with the courts of Paphos, Cyprus.

In the event of any disagreement or dispute, the following resolution process applies:

1. Direct Communication: Initial attempt to resolve disputes through direct negotiation and good faith discussion
2. Mediation: If direct resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under Cyprus arbitration rules
4. Legal Action: Final recourse to litigation in the courts of Paphos, Cyprus for matters not resolved through alternative methods
5. Interim Relief: Either party may seek interim injunctive relief for protection of intellectual property or confidential information

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable:

• The invalid provision shall be severed from the agreement without affecting other provisions
• The remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect
• Invalid provisions shall be replaced with valid provisions of similar intent and effect
• The overall agreement shall remain binding and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted
• Both parties shall work cooperatively to address any legal ambiguities or conflicts

PixelStudio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions:

• Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date clearly indicated
• Significant changes will be communicated to active clients via email notification
• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms
• Clients may terminate agreements if they do not agree to material changes
• Previous versions of terms remain available for reference and historical documentation
